Monday Design Wall

Last night, while watching the Superbowl
(because College Basketball had no games!),
I finished my February Bucilla kit.
A goal of mine is to finish one Bucilla kit each month.
I have MORE than enough!

These ornaments are just too cute.

The hangers need to be added
and then they will go in the box for Christmas.

This is the whole set, minus the tree.
:)

Over the weekend I added a few more blocks to my
red and pink 16 patch quilt.

More strips are cut and ready to sew.
I'm not sure how large this will be,
so I'll just keep making these blocks.
Sewing simple 16 patches is so relaxing to me.

Please visit Patchwork Times to see what others are creating.

Happy Quilting!

Great job on the ornaments! Love the Pink and Red color combination on your quilt blocks. This will make a stunning quilt.

The references to winter in the vegetable names is too cute! Loving how the pink/red is coming together. Have a great week!

Those ornaments are so cute. I'm still loving the 16 patch blocks.

The 16 patches are beautiful. Are you thinking of setting them on point?

I really like your 16 patches! I agree with you- they're so relaxing to sew. I made 189 last year during RSC15. just sew and sew and sew...

How fun to see your post with the Bucilla ornaments. Great goal to get a kit done every month...very doable with your experience/skill. I have this kit...of course...love the snow garden theme...works in the summer time here.
