Woohoo!!
I am on the home stretch!!
I have one more
Fingerless Mitt to make
and
I
am
DONE!!
This week I blocked the two
Shawls I made for gifts.
I have never blocked anything before now.
Hopefully I wasn't too far off in how I did it.
This shawl is "Wingspan."
I really like this "3S Shawl" and might have to
make it again.
And here is the completed
Onto the second one!
(Looking at these photos, you'd think the yarn of the
3S shawl and the fingerless mitt is the same yarn.
It isn't! I really like this color combination!!)

Love your projects. The yarns are so pretty! Isn't it great that the patterns are fairly simple and the yarn makes them all look so different!
Oh so pretty! I love both these patterns and those mittens are waiting to be made!
beautiful yarns love the reading mitts they are on my to do list
stay warm
Great job! Love your yarn choices, and you are right, I thought someone was getting a mitt shawl matching set!
Your wingspan is beautiful.
All your projects are great looking. I especially like your 3S Shawl. I hope mine turns out half a good as yours. How many eyelet rows did you throw in and how far apart. I want to make some fingerless mittens for me. They look easy and fun.
I put 7 eyelet rows into the shawl and they are very random. The first 5 are pretty close together and the last 2 have more knit rows between them. I think it will look nice with how ever many eyelet rows you chose to knit.
Beautiful finishes! I just blocked a scarf for the first time too...it really makes a huge difference doesn't it?
