On my needles...

... you guessed it...
More Socks!

How could I not have more socks
when I found a sock 3/4 finished
in a bag in my Hidey Hole?
I think I was tired of knitting
socks
back in the spring.

But here they are today...
one is finished
and the other is on its way.

Plus I finished this pair this past week, too.

I was planning on having a cowl
on my needles
this week,
but.....
after ripping it out
THREE TIMES
I haven't started it again.
Maybe next week...

Visit
Patchwork Times
to see what others
are knitting.

Oh I just love bright happy striped socks! I'm so happy that it's cool enough here to wear my socks again.

Love the yarn colors.

I agree! The brighter the socks, the better for me! It is still too warm to wear my socks... in the high 80's today and tomorrow.

What fun socks! Love the bright colors.

I love the stripes. The yarn is "On Your Toes" by Kertzer. Unfortunately it has been discontinued, but there are a few places that still carry it. I bought this at "Tuesday Morning" for a great price!

Love your pair of bright socks. I want to make them so badly, but I'm starting as a beginner with dish cloths, then a 3S shawl then maybe I'll get the nerve to try socks. Yours are beautiful. We have sock weather coming this weekend!!

Love the yarn. I saw that On Your Toes at Tuesday Morning and was wondering how it would look. Will have to run back over there!

Dar- hope you don't mind an unsolicited opinion, but honestly, if you can knit, and you can purl, you can make socks! I was inspired to learn when Judy started sharing her socks, and have made @ 15 pair now. Never knit a thing before, and I taught myself to do socks. If I can, you can!
