More Pot Holders!

The co-worker of a friend asked me to make her
ten Christmas pot holders.
I decided they had better get made now
or Christmas would come and go and they wouldn't be done.

Out came my Christmas fabrics,
batting, Insulbright and the sewing began.

I had enough bits and pieces of Christmas fabrics
that I didn't need to cut into yardage.

There are 12 pot holders here...
two are for my friend.

Making these in an assembly line
made them go together quickly.

They are ready to deliver!

Happy Quilting!

Great idea! How do you layer the batting and Insulbrite?

I need to make some new and order the insulating batting I don't remember the name but I used it last time and worked great.

These are so pretty done in those Christmas fabrics. I really like the pocket design of these.

How cool are those? SO nice to be able to use up scraps.

You sure have that process down good! So pretty and great way to clean up some scraps. I am sure I have a few of those prints in my collection too.

Perfect combination of Christmas fabrics. I envy your machine applied bindings. Nice job.

They're all so pretty. What a nice gift. Does she use them to decorate, or actually in cooking as pot holders? I recognize the fabric in the very front, the poinsettia fabric. Believe it's the same I made a quilt for my Mother years ago.

Trying to figure the easiest way to put the hanging loop on.
