Knitting

A new sock is on my needles this week.

It's a plain vanilla sock,
but I love the yarn.

Mindless knitting is so wonderful!
I started knitting a "fancy" sock with this yarn,
but the pattern didn't show up at all.
Out it came and a plain sock was started.

The colors in this yarn are so random.
The yellow really sparkles.

This yarn is being knitted on size 2 needles.
I cast on 60 stitches
and used the short row heel.

Please visit Patchwork Times to see what others are knitting.

Happy Friday!

They look ooooh so soft!! I have to knit some for me again this winter, but I do mine on my knitting machine, although I have been tempted to hand knit some just because!

Beautiful. I'll bet they'll feel incredible too.

I love this yarn and even better, it washes in the washer and dryer. Your color is beautiful.

I enjoy knitting plain socks on the yarns that will not show a pattern. They look good. I think you were right to use this yarn for a plain pattern!

Your yarn IS beautiful. I'm using a multi colored yarn now too and also like that it goes faster than a pattern.
