In my last post I mentioned how things were getting
out of control in my Hidey Hole.
I had done so well with finishing projects
before starting new ones.
And then the wheels fell off.
Well,
one pile of blocks is off of my cutting table and sewn into a top.
This was a Craftsy kit I purchased last year
after seeing a friends quilt.
When I pulled it out this year,
I wondered why I had liked it as much as I did last year.
It went together very quickly
and will be given as a graduation gift to a
dear friends' daughter.
The quilting shouldn't take long...
I just need to get it started!
One pile gone.
Several more to go!
Happy quilting!
I started too many things and I'm trying to cross them off one by one now too - that is a pretty one, I saw the kit but passed as I have two kits I haven't made yet!
ReplyDeleteI really like that quilt design. She will enjoy it. You’re doing a good job at finishing projects.....unlike me!
ReplyDeleteWoohoo! Can't wait to get back to mine.
ReplyDeleteOoooh those fabrics are so bright and cheerful!! a little bit of spring in your hidden hole!! Beautiful
ReplyDeleteLove the quilt. Can you tell me the name of the pattern??
ReplyDeletePatti, The quilt pattern came with the kit from Craftsy and is called "Puzzle". I could not find an individual pattern, but here is a link to a different kit.

And progress is good no matter how big or small the project, right! I managed to get one done from my Fibber McGee closet too, tomorrow's post.
ReplyDeleteAwesome! I love all the colors.
