First Block Finished

I started appliquing the
Red, White and Blue blocks
and have one finished. 
I'm surprised at how rusty my applique skills are
after not doing it for a long time.

This block may get a "Do Over"...
Especially the larger leaves.


Isn't this a great backdrop?
It's near the beach.
:)

    Your block looks beautiful in the photo.........if you don't like part of the leaves maybe just unpick a little and fix it but from the photo I do not see any problems.

    The block is great, I don't see any problems either! I love the polka dot background, I'm really getting into those.

    Very cute and I don't see anything that needs a do-over. Love the red flower especially.
