Knitting Needles Friday

I have my first finish of 
2014
to share today!

The 
is finished!
(Except for blocking it.)




These pictures are closest to the actual color of the shawl.

This was fun to knit...
and mindless, too!

Plus it kept me warm while I was
working on it.
Socks and mittens don't quite do that.
:)

On my needles I have
ANOTHER
pair of
Susie Rogers Fingerless Mitts.



My SIL sent me this yarn she bought at
an Alpaca farm.
It is sock yarn, but I think it's too nubby
for socks.  It will make nice
Fingerless mitts though!

    The shawl is beautiful! I like the yarn for the mitts, too. I need to try that pattern.
