Before I move into a new year
I like to look back on the one passing...
remembering the joys... (there were a lot, thankfully)..
remembering the valleys...(there were a few)...
think about how some things could have been different...
(although I don't spend much time here...
what's passed is passed)
Just reflect....
I am looking forward to 2014
and
dreaming of all that I
hope to accomplish.
I was able to mark two things off of my
"Get It Done"
list for December.
The Angel ornaments were made!
I also finished the mini reproduction quilts.
A third item on my list is well on it's way to completetion:
I hope to have my sister's
Courthouse Steps
sewn into a top today.
To end this year,
here are a few of my favorite finishes
of 2013.
Happy New Year!
And may 2014 be filled with
many happy sewing hours!
:)
Your 2013 favorites list looks fabulous. Have fun sewing on your sister's top.

I am impressed. You had a very productive year.
ReplyDeleteYou had some very nice projects in 2013. Love the angel ornaments.
ReplyDeleteThanks for leaving a comment on my blog. It is always a challenge to come up with the perfect name. I'm playing around with a couple of other projects's names too. Are you good at this? I could always use help...
Celtic Solstice
Talking Turkey, and
Beauty n'Check
Are a few I'm trying to figure out right now. Anxious to see what you have in store for 2014! Sandi
Some great 2013 finishes, and you are starting 2014 with a beautiful courthouse steps quilt! Every time I see it, I want to make one. =) Your angels are just darling!
